摘 要:煤矿井下是瓦斯等易然易爆气体浓度较高的场所,根据国家安全标准,煤矿用电气转换控制器都要求具有防爆功能。对控制器隔爆箱体隔爆工作面的厚度、隔爆距离、平面度和表面粗糙度都有严格的要求。目前,隔爆箱体大部分都是焊接件,加工时易变形,隔爆面的平面度难保证。同时焊接件易变形,安装尺寸难保证,元件装不上。因此,针对以上存在的问题,对隔爆箱体的加工工艺进行了一系列的优化设计,保证了箱体的质量,隔爆等各项参数。The underground coal mine is a place where concentration. According to the national safety standard, mine requires explosion-proof function. There are strict distance ,plane degree and surface roughness of the flamep gas and other explosive gases are of high the electrical conversion controller of coal requirements for the thickness, flameproof roof working face of the flameproof case. At present, the flameproof box is mostly welded parts. Considering the weight and cost, the welded steel plate can not be too thick ,which will affect the rigidity of the box,and it is easy to deform when machining, and the flatness of flameproof surface is difficult to guarantee. At the same time, the welding parts are easily deformed, the installation size is difficult to guarantee, and the components can not be installed. Therefore,aiming at the above problems,a series of optimization design for the processing technology of flameproof box is carried out, ensuring the quality, flameproof and other parameters of the box.
