摘　　要：中部槽是刮板输送机的一个重要部分,在使用过程中经常会出现磨损问题,影响刮板输送机的正常工作,以SGZ1000/1400刮板输送机为例,对刮板输送机中部槽的失效形式及失效机理进行研究分析,并对中部槽进行再制造进行评价,最后对刮板输送机中部槽再制造工艺及装备进行介绍。The pan is an important part of the scraper conveyor in the process of using, it will wear problem,affect the normal work of the scraper conveyor, scraper machine based on SGZ1000/1400 as an example, analyzed the failure mechanism and failure form of scraper conveyor pan,and the pan for remanufacturing evaluation,at the end of the scraper machine pan remanufacturing technology and equipment is introduced.
