摘　　要：为了解决输送机设计过程中存在的过多问题,抓住驱动装置设计这一关键点,按照已知条件,先利用一种简便方法计算电机功率,再根据电机功率进而确定合适的驱动装置布局结构,最后再确定滚筒的结构。经过1 a多的实践检验,证明了本方法简便、可行。In order to solve the problem of the conveyor design considering too much clues, seize the key point of design of driving device. According to the known condition,first,use a simple method to calculate the motor power, then, according to the motor power, determine the right drive layout structure,finally,according to the drive layout structure ,determine the structure of roller. Through practice test more than a year, prove that this method is simple and feasible.
