摘  要:根据QCS003C溢流阀动态特性测试回路原理,基于AMESim建立了溢流阀测试回路仿真模型,分析了弹簧刚度及先导阀阻尼口开口大小对溢流阀动态特性的影响,得到了主阀开启、卸荷压力随时间变化的曲线;利用QCS003C进行了实验验证,得出所建立的模型能很好地符合实验结果,为溢流阀的结构设计及性能的提高提供了理论依据。According to the principle of QCS003C relief valve dynamic characteristic test circuit, the overflow valve test loop was built based on AMESim simulation model, analyses the spring stiffness and damping mouth opening size of overflow valve pilot valve dynamic characteristic, the influence of the main valve opens,the change curve of unloading stress is time;Using QCS003C experimental verification, it is concluded that the established model can be a very good accord with experimental results, for the accuracy of overflow valve and theoretical depth increased provides a theoretical basis.
