摘  要:捕捉风险之间的相互关系对于彻底了解和提升煤矿安全至关重要。利用大数据技术,收集典型事故案例,从而利用分析的方法确定了危险源间的关系,基于该基础设计实现了煤矿风险管理信息系统。系统基于复杂网络理论和Pajek模型,采用6个参数(即网络直径、网络密度、平均路径长度、度、介数和聚类系数)来构建CMRN(Coal Mine Risk Network)的网络拓扑,如结果所示,CMRN具有无标度的网络性质,因为它的累积度分布服从幂律分布,表示CMRN对随机危险是强大的,并且容易受到有意的攻击。CMRN由于平均路径长度较小,聚类系数较高,也是小世界网络,意味着CMRN中的事故传播比常规网络快。系统测试结果表明,支撑点瓦解、瓦斯和瓦斯浓度超标是风险管理系统中3个最有价值的评估指标,该系统有助于为煤矿安全管理提前制定可抑制原有风险和减少事故的策略。Capturing the interrelationships between risks is crucial for understanding and improving coal mine safety. By using big data technology, the typical accident cases were collected to determine the relationship between dangerous sources by means of analysis. Based on the basic design, a coal mine risk management information system was realized. Based on the complex network theory and the Pajek model, the system uses six parameters (network diameter, network density, average path length, degree, mesogen and clustering coefficient) to construct the network topology of CMRN (Coal Mine Risk Network),as the results show, CMRN has scale-free network properties because its cumulative distribution follows a power law distribution, which means that CMRN is robust to stochastic hazards and vulnerable to deliberate attacks. CMRN has a small average path length and a high clustering coefficient, which is also a small-world network, meaning that incidents in CMRN propagate faster than conventional networks. The results of system tests show that roof collapse, excessive gas and gas concentrations are the three most valuable evaluation indexes in risk management system, and the system can help to advance the strategy for coal mine safety management that can restrain the original risks and reduce accidents.
