摘　　要：目的探讨延边地区IBS中医证候特点及分布规律。方法应用德尔菲法制定规范化的《肠易激综合征中医证候调查表》,依照调查表内容采集患者性别、年龄等相关信息建立数据库并进行统计学分析。结果中医证型占前五位的依次为脾胃湿热、肝郁脾虚、脾肾阳虚、肝郁气滞、寒湿困脾,且延吉市、龙井市、图们市、敦化市、和龙市和汪清县的中医证候分布均不同。结论脾胃湿热是延边地区IBS最常见的中医证型,不同地区的中医证候分布存在一定差异。Objective To discuss the characteristics and distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the people with irritable bowel syndrome in Yanbian.Methods Using Delphi method to make the standardized TCM Syndrome Questionnaire of Irritable Bowel Syndrome,according to the contents of the questionnaire,collecting patients＇ relevant information,and a database was established for statistical analysis.Results The first five cases of TCM syndrome are spleen-stomach damp-heat,stagnation of liver qi,deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of liver qi,stagnation of cold and dampness in turn.The distribution of TCM syndromes in Yanji,Longjing,Tumen,Dunhua,Helong and Wangqing were different.Conclusion The spleen-stomach damp-heat is the most common syndrome type of IBS in Yanbian.There are certain differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes in different regions.
