三伏贴治疗慢性支气管炎临床观察及机理探讨

摘　　要：目的观察三伏贴治疗慢性支气管炎临床疗效并进一步探讨其机理。方法中药穴位贴敷治疗慢支200例连续3年后跟踪进行疗效评价并进一步分析其机理。结论三伏贴可以减轻该病的发作症状及发作次数,有效降低其的发病率,临床疗效确实。其机理可能是通过多次贴敷反复调动、调整、修复了患者的免疫及自组织机能而发挥临床疗效的。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanfu paste in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,and to further study on its mechanism.Methods In this paper,200 cases of chronic bronchitis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment,and the mechanism was further analyzed.Conclusion The Sanfu paste can reduce the symptoms and number of seizures and reduce the incidence of the disease effectively.The mechanism may be the result of repeated redeployment,adjustment and repair of the patient＇s immune and self-organizing function
