摘　　要：母儿血型不合是孕妇和胎儿间因血型不合而产生的同种血型免疫性疾病。临床上主要有ABO和RH两大类血型,其中ABO血型不合比较多见,约占妊娠总数的20%~25%。本文就中西医治疗母儿ABO血型不合的研究进展予以综述。Maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility is a phrator immunological disease of blood group of fetal or neonatal hemolytic disease caused by blood group incompatibility between maternal and fetal. The common types of the disease include RH blood group incompatibility and ABO blood group incompatibility in the clinical, and it mainly performs for the ABO blood group incompatibility, about 20%-25% of the total number of pregnancy. The research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility would be reviewed in the article.
