中医综合康复疗法对桡骨远端骨折的预后影响

摘　　要：目的探究中医综合康复治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节功能恢复的影响。方法将100例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为对照组50例,综合康复组50例。对照组患者进行中药熏洗治疗和常规的腕功能恢复训练,综合康复组患者进行进行中医理筋、松动关节、中药熏洗等治疗。分别对2组患者进行1个月的连续治疗。并对治疗前后2组患者的McGill疼痛评分、骨折复位质量、握力、Dienst腕功能以及Werley腕关节评分等方面进行疗效评估。结果治疗后2组患者在McGill疼痛评分、骨折复位质量、握力、Dienst腕功能以及Werley腕关节评分等均有明显改善,且综合康复组的改善程度较对照组更为显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合康复训练治疗对于改善桡骨远端骨折患者腕功能具有很好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of wrist function in patients with distal radius fractures. Methods 100 patients with distal radius fractures were randomly divided into control group（50 cases） and comprehensive rehabilitation group（50 cases）. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment and conventional wrist function recovery training. The patients in the comprehensive rehabilitation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, loose joint, Chinese medicine fumigation and so on. Two groups of patients were treated for one month of continuous treatment. The efficacy of McGill pain score, fracture reduction quality, grip strength, Dienst wrist function and Werley wrist score were evaluated before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the two groups of patients were significantly improved in McGill pain score, fracture reduction quality, grip strength, Dienst wrist function and Werley wrist score, and the improvement of needle comprehensive rehabilitation group was more significant than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training of traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in improving the wrist function of patients with distal radius fractures.
