摘　　要：紧张性头痛是慢性头痛中常见的一种疾病,多数病人伴有焦虑、抑郁、失眠等症状,可影响正常工作、学习和休息。目前对于紧张性头痛的治疗西医多对症处理,中医采用中药辨证论治及针灸等效果均不理想。崔公让教授从事临床工作55余载,在临床中运用局部封闭方法治疗紧张性头痛取得了显著疗效,且该疗法简单易行、费用低。Tension headache is a common disease in chronic headache, and most patients with symptoms such as anxiety, depression and insomnia can affect normal work, study and rest. At present, the treatment of tension headache treatment of Western medicine,the use of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and acupuncture and other effects are not ideal. Professor Cui Gongrang has been engaged in clinical work for over 55 years. In the clinic, the treatment of tension headache with local closed method is effective,and the treatment is simple and cheap.
