高萍治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的经验总结

摘　　要：高萍教授认为慢性再生障碍性贫血与脾肾关系最为密切,以脾肾亏损为本,兼有气血阴阳的不足,重视脾肾,同时强调阴阳的平衡与气血的调和,注重中和思想在治疗疾病过程中的应用。在治疗上主张以肾为本,阴阳双补,兼顾脾胃,气血同调,中西结合,注意兼证,因人因时因地制宜,临证灵活遣方用药,高萍教授认为慢性再生障碍性贫血的治疗是一个长期的过程,应缓而治之,切不可急于求成。对于疗效初显者,应长期服用中药巩固疗效,防止复发。Professor Gao Ping believes that chronic aplastic anemia is most closely related to spleen and kidney, spleen and kidney loss as the basis, both deficiency of qi and blood, yin and yang, and pays attention to the spleen and kidney, while emphasizing the balance of yin and yang and the harmony of qi and blood, focuses on the application of neutralization thought in the treatment of diseases. The treatment mainly should be based on the kidney, tonifying both yin and yang, taking into account the spleen and stomach, regulating qi and blood at the same time, combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine, paying attention to complications, suiting our measures to different conditions in terms of locality, time and people concerned, taking flexible use of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice. Professor Gao Ping believes that the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia is a long-term process, which should be treated slowly, must not be anxious for success. As for the curative effect previews, we should take traditional Chinese medicine for a long time to consolidate curative effect and prevent recurrence.
