摘 要:目的观察电针对缺血缺氧脑损伤(Hypoxic-Ischemic Brain Damage,HIBD)大鼠行为学的影响。方法制备缺血缺氧脑损伤大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、长强组及非穴组各8只,另制备假手术组大鼠8只。长强组及非穴组予以电针干预10d,在干预前后对各组大鼠的悬吊及倾斜板试验进行记录并分析。结果干预前:与假手术组相比,模型组、长强组及非穴组的悬吊及转头时间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。干预后:(1)悬吊试验:与假手术组相比,模型组及非穴组的悬吊时间下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05),长强组的悬吊时间下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与模型组相比,长强组的悬吊时间升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05),非穴组的悬吊时间上升,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)倾斜板试验:与假手术组相比,模型组、非穴组及长强组的转头时间上升,有显著性差异(P<0.05);与模型组相比,长强组的转头时间下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05),非穴组的悬吊时间上升,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针"长强"穴可改善缺血缺氧脑损伤大鼠行为学能力。Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Changqiang(GV1) on Behavior of rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage( HIBD). Methods HIBD rats’ model was made. They were randomly divided into model group of 8 rats, the Changqiang group of 8 rats and the non-acupoint group of 8 rats and control group of 8 rats. The Changqiang group of 8 rats and the non-acupoint group received electroacupuncture treatment for 10 days. Before and after intervention, the suspension and the inclined plate test were record and analyzed. Results Before intervention, comparing with control group, model group, the Changqiang group and the non-acupoint point group, suspension and turned to time had significant difference(P 〈 0.05). After intervention, in the the suspension experiment, comparing with control group, model group and the non-acupoint point of the suspension time decreased, and there had significant difference( P 〈 0.05). Changqiang group of long suspension time decreased, and there was no statistically significant difference(P 〉 0.05). Changqiang group was compared with model group, the suspension time increased, and there are significant differences( P 〈 0.05). The non-acupoint point group of suspension time increase, and there was no statistically significant difference( P 〉 0.05). In the inclined plate test, comparing with control group, model group, the non-acupoint point group and Changqiang group turned long time increased, and there weresignificant differences( P 〈 0.05). Comparing with model group, Changqiang group time turned down and there were significant differences(P 〈 0.05), the point set of the suspension time,there was no statistically significant difference( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The electroacupuncture at Changqiang( GV1) can the behavioral ability of rats with ischemic and hypoxic brain injury.
