摘  要:探讨用醇提法提取竹叶中总黄酮类化合物。以竹叶为研究对象,以乙醇为溶剂,采用分光光度法对竹叶中的总黄酮类化合物的含量进行测定。通过单因素实验研究固液比、提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度对总黄酮提取率的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析法研究乙醇浸提的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,浸提最佳条件为:固液比为1∶20,乙醇浓度80%、提取时间4 h、提取温度70℃;在此工艺条件下,竹叶总黄酮的提取率为0.6578%,与预测值基本一致,因此此模型可靠。The extraction of total flavoniods from Bamboo leaves by alcohol extraction was carried out. The content of total flavonoids in bamboo leaves is detected by visible spectrophotometric method. The effects of ratio of sample with ethanol solution, extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol concentration on the extraction yield of flavonoids are studied through the single factor test. On the basis of single factor test, the optimum technology conditions of extracting the total flavonoids are optimized by using the response surface method. The result showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows 80% alcohol as solvent, extraction time 4 h,extraction temperature 70℃ and solid-to-liquid ratio 1:20. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of total flavoniods from Bamboo leaves is up to 0.6578%. The model is consistent with the predicted values, so this model is reliable.
