中医穴位按摩结合心理干预对白内障患者的治疗依从性及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医穴位按摩结合心理干预对白内障患者的治疗依从性及满意度的影响。方法纳入2015年6月—2016年6月收治的148例白内障患者为研究对象,采用信封随机法分为观察组和对照组,各74例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医穴位按摩结合心理干预,比较2组干预后治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组在饮食管理、遵医用药、情绪稳定及用眼卫生方面依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在病房巡视、工作态度、工作熟练程度及服务品质维度的评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位按摩结合心理干预有利于改善白内障患者的治疗依从性,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of TCM acupoints massage and psychological interventions on the treatment compliance and satisfaction of cataract patients. Methods From June 2015 to 2016, 148 patients with cataract patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly distributed into the observation group and the control group. Each group had 74 cases. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given TCM acupoints massage and psychological interventions based on the control group. The treatment compliance and satisfaction after intervention was compared. Results After intervention, the compliance of the observation group in the aspect of reasonable diet, medical compliance, emotional stability and eye health were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. The scores of ward rounds, working attitude, degree of working proficiency and quality of service were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM acupoints massage and psychological interventions can effectively improve treatment compliance of cataract patients, it can help to improve nursing satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical generalize.
