基于中国知网的《临证指南医案》研究概况分析

摘　　要：目的分析目前中国知网收录的《临证指南医案》相关文献研究,总结其发展状况,为后续叶氏医案的研究提供参考。方法纳入中国知网2016年12月31日以前发表的研究《临证指南医案》的相关文献,从文献发表时间、研究侧重点、原著各卷研究概况和研究方法 (理论分析法,数据挖掘法,二者结合法)等方面开展分析。结果通过对纳入的187篇文献进行分类统计发现,文献发表量随时间推移呈上升趋势;文献研究范围涉及《临证指南医案》全部10卷;叶氏的"阳化内风学说"和"胃阴学说"研究领域最受关注;《临证指南医案》的文献学研究方法使用情况为理论分析法使用最多,共126篇;数据挖掘法27篇,二者结合法34篇。结论《临证指南医案》相关研究范围不断扩大,多种分析方法结合使用将更有利于这一临床著作的研究与传承。Objective To analyze the related articles of the Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records, which was included in CNKI, and to sum up the development of it, which provided a reference for the subsequent study of the Yip ’s medical case. Methods Bring into articles related to the Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records published in CNKI, this paper analyzed the article publication time, the research emphases, the research survey of each chapter of the original book and the article research methods（theory analysis, data mining, and the combination of the former two aspects）. Results According to the classification of 187 articles,the published amount of article was increasing with the passage of time. The scope of the article was about all 10 volumes of the original works. Yip’s ＂ Yang Hua internal wind theory＂ and ＂ stomach yin theory＂ research areas of the most attention. The most commonly used article research methods in the medical case of the Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records was theoretically analyzed, which was 126, and the data mining method was 27, and the combination method was 34. Conclusion The number of published articles increased over time, and the combination of various analytical methods will be more conducive to the research and inheritance of this clinical work.
