摘 要:【摘要】HCV感染是肝细胞癌和其他肝病的主要病因之一。探索用于慢性丙型肝炎高危人群早期诊断的标志物及HCV相关预防和治疗的靶标分子,具有重要的意义。近年来,已发现大量与HCV感染相关的长非编码RNA(long non-codingRNA,lncRNA),它们可能与HCV相关肝细胞癌的发病机制有密切关系。研究这些lncRNA的结构和作用机制,将促进HCV相关疾病的早期诊断和防治。此文对近年HCV感染过程以及宿主抗病毒应答相关lncRNA的研究进展做一综述。Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is one of the major causes of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and other liver deseases. It is of great significance to identify early diagnosis markers for patients with chronic hepatitis C and to determine the target molecules of HCV related prevention and treatment. In recent years, a large number of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) associated with HCV infection have been discoverd, which may be closely related to the pathogenesis of HCV-related HCC. To study the structure and mechanism of lncRNAs will promote early diagnosis and prevention of HCV- related diseases. This review summarizes the research progress of lncRNA studies associated with HCV infection and host antiviral response in recent years.
