摘 要:基于配电网最大供电能力理论(Total Supply Capability,TSC)提出了一种新的馈线接入用户容量计算方法。首先,介绍了TSC理论的基本知识,给出了其数学模型和求解方法。其次,根据TSC计算结果进一步得到馈线10 kV侧的可接入容量以及不合理馈线段的调整方案。然后,对已知负荷分布及其0.4 kV侧变压器容量进行分析,计算得到10 kV侧负荷大小到0.4 kV侧配变容量的折算系数,并基于折算系数得到各馈线用户侧的接入配变容量。最后,通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性。基于TSC理论确定馈线接入用户容量,能够在保证N-1安全准则前提下充分利用配电网最大供电能力,为供电企业科学开展业扩工作提供了理论依据和辅助参考。Based on the theory of Total Supply Capability (TSC), a new method of calculating the User Accessible Capacity (UAC) is given. First, the basic knowledge of TSC theory is introduced, and its mathematical model and solving method is given. Second, the accessible capacity of the feeder I0 kV side of the distribution network can be further obtained on the basis of the results of TSC, as well as the adjustment scheme of the unreasonable feed sections. Third, the known load distribution and its distribution transformer capacity on 0.4 kV lateral is analyzed, and the conversion coefficients of 10 kV side load to 0.4 kV side distribution transformer capacity is got. On the basis of the conversion coefficient, UAC of each feeder is reached conveniently. Finally, a numerical example is taken to prove this method. Determining UAC on the basis of theory of TSC can make full use of the maximum power supply capacity of the distribution network under the premise of ensuring the N-1 security standards, which provides a theoretical basis and auxiliary reference for the power supply enterprise to carry out the business expansion.
