印染污泥脱水车间PM_(10)与PM_(2.5)质量浓度分析

摘  要:夏秋两季对两个典型的污泥脱水车间(CY和HT)采集大气颗粒样品,对PM_(10)与PM_(2.5)质量浓度进行分析。结果表明,通风性较差的HT点的PM_(10)与PM_(2.5)污染严重,超过《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-2012)规定2至3倍;颗粒物浓度季节变化规律:秋季>夏季;PM_(2.5)/PM_(10)比值在0.5以上,表明颗粒物以PM_(2.5)为主;CY点通风好,利于室内颗粒物排放;HT点通风差,不利于室内颗粒物排放。HT点应改善通风设备,保障工人生命健康安全。In summer and autumn, atmospheric particles of two typical sludge dewatering workshops (CY and HT) were collected, and the concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 was analyzed. The results showed that PM10 and PM2.5 of HT points which with poor ventilation rate were seriously polluted, exceeding the limit value of"environmental air quality standards" (gb3095-2012).Seasonal variation of concentration: summer〉autumn; the PM2.5/PM10 ratio is above 0.5, indicating that PM2.5 is the main pollutant. The CY point is well ventilated to facilitate indoor particulate emission; HT point ventilation is not conducive to indoor particulate emission. HT points should improve ventilation equipment to ensure workers' health and safety.
