摘  要:本文针对市售五水硫酸铜产品存在杂质超标,颗粒细小,外观差等问题,采用重结晶的方法,研究了搅拌速率,冷却降温时间对五水硫酸铜产品杂质和晶体大小的影响。研究表明:当结晶搅拌速率在300 r/min,通过阶梯式降温,保持温度在85~50℃缓慢降温2.5 h,50~30℃降温时间2.5 h,总降温时间5 h时,得到的五水硫酸铜杂质较少,Ca、Fe、Zn的去除率分别高达97.9%、75.59%、97.44%,晶体较大,35目筛上物比例达90%以上。Be directed against the problem that commercially available copper sulfate pentahydrate has some shortages, such as impurities unqualified, tiny particles, poor appearance, the paper studied recrystallization. The stirring rate and cooling time have be studied what the influence on impurity and crystal size of copper sulfate pentahydrate. Research shows that the stirring rate 300 r/min, keeping the cooling time 2.5 h (temperature from 85-50), the cooling time 2.5 h (temperature from 50-30), total cooling time 5 h, the impurity of copper sulfate pentahydrate becomed less, and the removal rates of Ca, Fe, Zn reached 97.9 %, 75.59 %, 97.44 %, besides the larger crystals of above 35 mesh number was more than 90 %.
