摘 要:深水钻进过程中,温差变化大,要求钻井液在一定的温度范围内具有恒流变的特性。室内合成了一种深水合成基流型调节剂(PF-MOEST),能够显著提高合成基钻井液的动切力,改善钻井液体系的流变性,在一定温度范围内的切力、凝胶强度基本平稳。可抗高温180℃且配伍性良好,在此基础上优化的合成基钻井液体系具有良好的抗岩屑污染、抗海水污染能力,具有广阔的应用前景。For the vast temperature variations during the deepwater drilling and exploration operations because of drilling fluid is required to keep constant rheology in a range of temperature. According to the requirement, a new theological stabilizer (PF-MOEST) with deepwater synthetic based drilling fluid has been researched and developed. It can increase the yield point of synthetic based drilling fluid and improve the rheology of muds, resulting in the temperature having little effect on YP and gel strength at high temperature(180℃), On this basis, the optimized synthetic based drilling fluid has great ability to resist the contamination of the drilling cutting and sea water and has widely application prospect.
