增韧剂种类对PP+PE-EPDM性能的影响

摘  要:采用机械性能、流动性和收缩率测量的方法,比较了两种EPDM和八种POE弹性体对PP+PE-EPDM复合材料性能的影响。发现不同弹性体增韧的材料,其流动性、刚性和收缩率均有较大差别,而且它们平行于流动方向的收缩率均大于垂直于流动方向的收缩率。其中4#弹性体的综合效果最好。与EPDM相比,POE对体系的流动性影响小,增韧效果好。对刚性的影响,两者相差不大。By measuring mechanical properties, flow ability, and shrinkage, the influence of elastomer on properties of PP+PE-EPDM is studied, which is toughened by different elastomers , including 8 types of POE and 2 types of EPDM. The results show that the fluidity, toughness and shrinkage of the materials toughened by different elastomers are different greatly. Moreover, the shrinkage rates parallel to the flow direction are greater than that in the direction perpendicular to the flow direction. The 4# elastomer of them has the best comprehensive effect. Compared with EPDM, POE has little influence on the flt.idity of the system. The toughening effect is good The influence on the rigidity is similar.
