摘 要:利用臭氧氧化法深度处理工业园区印染废水二级生化出水进行了设计,并对运行情况进行了研究。运行结果表明,在最佳投加量40 mg/L,最佳反应时间40 min的情况下,对COD、色度和苯胺的去除率分别为33.4%、57.5%和65.4%。臭氧的直接运行成本(在最佳投加量40 mg/L的情况下)为0.75元/吨水。臭氧对降低印染工业园区生化二级出水中的色度、有机物及苯胺起到一定的作用,采用臭氧氧化法深度处理工业园区印染废水生化二级出水在技术上可行,但还达不到苯胺无法检测的指标要求。Bin-treated dyeing industrial park wastewater was treated by ozone oxidation process, and the operation situation was studied. The experimental results show that under the conditions of nzone mass conceatration 40mg/L, ozone aeration time 30 rain, the removal rates of COD and chroma are about 33.4 %, 57.5 % and 65.4 %. Thc direct operating cost of ozone (in the case of the best dosage of 40 rag/L) is 0.75 yuan/tonne of water. Ozone plays a certain role in reducing chroma, organic matter and aniline in Bio-treated dyeing industrial park wastewater. Ozone oxidation is used for advanced treatment of Bio-treated dyeing industrial park wastewater is technically feasible, But it can not reach the requirement of aniline which cannot be detected.
