摘 要:服役多年的在役海洋钻修井机底座常年受海洋高盐环境及海水喷溅,底座杆件会产生腐蚀,腐蚀使杆件相应部位发生应力集中以及承载横截面积减小,导致杆件腐蚀区域出现局部塑性屈服甚至裂纹。提出使用损伤系数表示腐蚀对底座主承载梁强度影响程度,并应用有限元法研究分析含腐蚀底座主承载梁应力和损伤系数。研究表明:沿水平方向排列,且两点蚀坑中心间距与点蚀坑深度比值小于2.0的双点蚀损伤系数在3.5~5.46之间;截面局部腐蚀麻坑损伤系数在3.3~5.0之间。这两种类型腐蚀损伤对主承载梁强度影响大,应引起重视。The bearing beam of the offshore drilling and workover rig substructure in service are seriously corroded because of the offshore environment with a huge amount of salty and the seawater contact, which leads to stress concentration and bearing cross-section area reduced. As a result,the local plastic deformations or even craze may be found in the bearing beam corroded zone. The damage coefficient,were put forward for the influence of corrosion on the strength of the substructure main bearing beam,then the stress and the damage coefficient of the substructure beam with corrosion were analyzed by using finite element methods. The research results revealed that the damage coefficient of the double point corrosion damage coefficients were between 3. 5 and 5. 46,in which the two corrosion pits were horizontally arranged and the two corrosion pits central distance to the corrosion pit point depth ratio was less than 2,and the damage coefficients of the local section corrosion were almost between 3. 3 and 5. 0. This two kinds of corrosion damage should be paid more and more attention as their huge influence on the strength of the main bearing beam.
