摘  要:以茂名油页岩渣为原料,用碱溶法生产白炭黑。碱溶法主要是先用碱溶液与原料煮沸,过滤除去铁化合物,然后再用盐酸处理滤液,最后得到白炭黑。进一步探讨了碱处理温度、碱处理时间、碱浓度、煅烧温度以及煅烧时间等对白炭黑产率的影响,较佳工艺条件为:煅烧温度900℃、煅烧时间4 h、碱处理时间3 h、碱处理温度70℃、碱处理浓度3.3 mol/L,该条件下白炭黑的产率可达16.1%。碱处理油页岩渣制备白炭黑可使油页岩渣得到充分合理的利用,实现废物资源化。Taking Maoming oil shale residue as raw material, production of white carbon black by alkali method. Alkali solution is mainly by the alkali solution and raw material boiling, filtering to remove iron compounds, and then using hydrochloric acid leachate treatment, finally get the white carbon black. To further explore the effect of alkali treatment temperature, alkali treatment time, alkali concentration, calcination temperature and calcination time on the white carbon black yield, optimum process conditions were: 900℃ calcination temperature, calcination time of 4h, alkali treatment time 3 h, alkali treatment temperature is 70℃, alkali concentration 3.3 tool/L, the conditions of white carbon black. The yield is 16.1%. Alkali treatment ofoil shale residue for preparing white carbon black can make the oil shale residue can be fully rational interests, to achieve waste resource.
