摘  要:为了丰富硅酸锆乳浊剂系列产品的结构,降低陶瓷企业生产成本,提高市场竞争力,美轲(广州)化学股份有限公司独立自主开发了亚微米级硅酸锆生产线。本文详细介绍了亚微米级硅酸锆生产线的生产工艺流程和主要设备;对比了亚微米级硅酸锆与传统工艺生产的硅酸锆的质量指标;分析了亚微米级硅酸锆与传统工艺硅酸锆在结具中的应用效果。由于产品粒径范围窄,白度好,可降低陶瓷企业的硅酸锆投入量,有效降低陶瓷企业的生产成本,极具推广应用价值。In order to enrich the structure of zirconium silicate turbidity agent series products, reduce the production cost of ceramic enterprises and improve the competitiveness of the market, Matrix Guangzhou Chemicals Corp. developed a sub-micron superfine zirconium silicate production line. The production process and main equiments of the sub-micron Superfine zirconium silicate production line are instoruced in detail. The product quality and the application effect in the sanitary ware are compared which produced by sub-micron zirconium silicate new process and traditional process. Because of the narrow range of grain size and good whiteness, it can reduce the input of zirconium silicate in ceramic enterprises, reduce the production cost effectively, and have great application value.
