摘  要:以内标法为基础,采用热脱附-气相色谱质谱法测定典型化工及涂装行业52种VOCs含量。52种VOCs的相关系数r≥0.995,平均相对响应因子RRF的RSD均≤20%,方法检出限为0.019~2.61μg/m3(采样2 L条件下),测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.895%~19.0%,回收率为71.0%~111%。该方法在氟化厂有组织废气和汽车表面涂装无组织废气VOCs排放特征研究中得到较好应用。In this paper, 52 VOCs contents in typical chemical and coating industries were determined by thermal desorption-GCMS technology. Correlation coefficients of 52 kinds of volatile organic compounds were more than 0.995, and RRFs' RSD were less than 20 %,with detection limits in the range of 0.019-2.61μg/m3(Sample 2 L),and values of RSD's (n=6) in the range of 0,895 %-19.0 %, and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 71.0%-111%. This method is well applied in the study of the VOCs emission characteristics of unorganized exhaust gas and automobile surface coating industry in fluorination plant.
