摘 要:选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术由于其脱硝效率高、适应性强、可靠性高等优点,成为目前世界上应用最广泛、最成熟的脱硝技术。对于电力行业,钒钛系(V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2)催化剂为最常见的脱硝催化剂;对于非电力行业,如水泥、玻璃窑炉、冶金钢铁烧结炉等,由于其烟气温度处于120~300℃范围内,远低于SCR脱硝催化剂活性温度区间,如果通过再加热工艺达到催化剂的活性温度,将会造成资源浪费。因此,低温(120~300℃)脱硝催化剂的研制具有重要的现实意义。本文以贵金属催化剂、金属氧化物催化剂、分子筛催化剂以及碳材料催化剂为研究对象,综述了低温SCR脱硝催化剂的研究进展,对下一步低温脱硝催化剂的研究方向具有重要的参考价值。Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx with ammonia has been the most mature and widely applied NOx removal technology, owing to its high denitration efficiency, strong adaptability and high reliability. For power industry, V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst as one of the most common catalysts has attracted escalating attentions. Furthermore, considering NOx emission from non-electric industries including cement, glass and metallurgical steel kiln, these have been regarded as important sources of atmospheric pollution. For these industries, the temperature of flue gas is usually located in the range of 120-300℃, which is far below the proper catalytic temperature range of 300-400℃ for traditional catalysts. Besides, it is not economical to reheat flue gas to get the active temperature. Therefore, developing the high-performance low temperature denitration catalyst is essential. This paper reviews the research progress of low temperature SCR denitration catalyst, such as noble metal catalyst, metal oxide catalyst, molecular sieve catalyst and carbon materials catalyst. All these has important reference value for the research direction of low temperature denitration catalysts.
