摘 要:使用自制钛催化剂在2 L聚合反应釜中合成了环保型钛系瓶级聚酯切片。考察了钛催化剂对酯化反应、聚合反应、固相缩聚反应的影响;探讨了添加调色剂、稳定剂、助剂对反应过程及切片性能的影响;并在50 L酯化聚合反应釜中进行了放大试验。结果表明:在同样的聚合反应条件下,钛催化剂用量(钛离子计,相对于PTA)为7×10^(-6)时,合成产品色相、乙醛含量与乙二醇锑用量(锑离子计,相对于PTA)为220×10^(-6)相当,钛系聚酯的结晶速率稍慢于锑系聚酯切片,可避免聚酯切片降温时结晶过快,有利于吹瓶。放大试验证明钛系聚酯与锑系聚酯切片的固相缩聚速率相当,增黏切片的乙醛含量低于锑系聚酯切片的乙醛含量。An environmental heavy metal-free bottle-grade polyester chip was prepared by using titanium catalyst on a two-liter batch polymerization reactor. The effects of titanium catalyst on the esterification, polycondensation and solid-state polycondensation reactions were investigated. The effects of toning agent, stabilizers and additives on the reaction process and properties of the chip were discussed. The scale-up experiments were carried out on a fifty-liter esterification polymerization reactor. The results showed that titanium catalyst and ethylene glycol antimony provided the same hue and acetaldehyde content of polyester chips when the titanium content was 7 ×10 -6 and the antimony content was 220 ×10 -6based on PTA. The crystallization rate of titanium-containing polyester chip was slower than that of antimony--containing polyester chip, which can avoid excessive cooling crystallization of polyester chip and thus helped the bottle blowing. The magnifying nium-containing PET chip was the same as the experiment showed that the solid-state polycondensation rate of tita- antimony-containing PET chip, and the acetaldehyde content of the titanium-containing sticky chip was less than that of the antimony-containing sticky chip.
