摘 要:对PET瓶级切片黏粒现象进行分析。通过提高切粒机溢流水、喷淋水分布均匀性,增加酯条间距,改善切粒时黏粒;通过改善结晶器进料提高分散度,调整结晶器风量,改善增黏阶段黏粒。改进后,切片黏连率由10.30%降低到2.2%,提高了产品品质。The clay particle phenomenon of bottle grade PET chips was analyzed. By increasing the distribution uni- formily of' the overflow water anti spray water of the granulator, increasing the spacing of ester strips, the clay parti- cle during granulation can be improved. By improving the clTstallizer feed to increase the dispersion, adjusting the cryslallizer air volume, the clay particle in the viscosity increasing stage were improved. After the improvement, the chip adhesion decreased from 10.30% to 2.2% , which improved the product quality.
