摘　　要：介绍了82.5 dtex/144 f FDY竹节纱的生产工艺开发,从热辊安装及开纺,调整纺速,拉伸定型,含油率等方面对纺丝拉伸一步法生产竹节纱的工艺条件进行了探讨。并提出相关产品实际生产的具体细节,为企业开发竹节纱产品提供帮助。The development of production technology for 82. 5 dtex/144 f FDY slub yarn was introduced. The process conditions for the production of slub yam by spinning and stretching one-step method were discussed in terms of hot roll installation and spinning, adjustment of spinning speed, drawing and setting and oil content. The specific details of the related products actual production were put forward. Help was provided for the enterprises to develop slub yam products.
