摘　　要：采用原位反应合成法制备CuO质量分数为10%的AgCuO复合材料。通过金相分析、XRD、SEM等测试分析了不同拉拔直径下Ag CuO复合材料纵截面的组织。结果表明:在AgCuO复合材料的纵截面上,CuO组织由颗粒和纤维状两种形态组成,纤维状CuO组织沿着变形方向分布,且CuO在银基中的弥散化程度随着变形量的增加更均匀。AgCuO composite material, which CuO content is 10%, is prepared by in-situ reaction synthesis method. The Longitudinal section structures of AgCuO at different drawing diameters are analyzed by metallographic analysis, XRD and SEM. The results show that the microstructure of CuO is composed of two kinds of particles： fibrous CuO. The distribution of fibrous CuO in the direction of deformation, and the degree of dispersion of CuO in the Ag matrix is more uniform with the increase of deformation.
