资源型城市科技创新能力预警体系及运行机制研究

摘　　要：利用了突变级数法和系统化法建立了资源型城市的科技创新能力预警模型。通过实证分析,以平顶山市2005—2014年数据对其科技创新能力发展情况进行分析,并利用灰色系统预测模型方法对未来城市科技创新能力趋势进行预测。验证了该预警模型能够较好的反映资源型城市创新能力发展情况,可以为相关领域研究者提供借鉴。Ability of science and technology Innovation in Resource - based city have taken many scholars＂ attention. This paper use the mutation series method, establish a warning model of science and technology innovation ability in resource-based city. By collecting the data of Pingdingshan City from 2005 to 2014, this paper analyzes the development and trend of its scientific and technological innovation ability and, provide the thinking and reference for other researchers.
