摘 要:为了准确监测电力变压器绕组的变形状态,提出了电力变压器绕组变形状态信息融合评估方法。提出采用小波能量–矩阵变换方法提取振动信号特征值,采用短路电抗辨识方法提取电抗特征值。基于物元理论建立多信息评估指标体系,并采用信息熵方法计算各指标权重系数。以S–11–M–500/35型变压器为研究对象,研制了变压器绕组变形状态多信息采集系统,开展多次短路冲击试验,并绕制了3种变形故障绕组。分别进行短路冲击后松动绕组以及变形故障绕组的状态评估试验。针对评估结果为严重状态的绕组,提出了先评估后诊断的综合评估策略,基于相关向量机理论诊断绕组故障类型。结果表明:信息融合评估方法能有效地评估出绕组松动和严重变形的状态,且针对辐向拉伸及压缩、轴向绝缘脱落和端部叠套3种绕组变形故障类型诊断的正确率≥92%。In order to monitor the deformation state of transformer winding,we proposed a method for state evaluation of transformer winding deformation based on information fusion.We proposed that the wavelet energy-matrix norm transformation method was employed to extract vibration feature,and the reactance identification method was employed to extract the reactance feature of transformer.Multiple information evaluation index system was built based on the matter-element theory,and weight coefficients of index were computed by adopting an information entropy method.Taking the type S–11–M–500/35 transformer as an object,we designed a multi-information collection system of transformer winding deformation state,experimentally studied the short circuit current impact,and designed three deformation fault windings.Moreover,we experimentally studied the state evaluation on loosing winding after short circuit current impact and deformation fault windings.Aiming at severity state winding,we proposed a comprehensive evaluation strategy of evaluation-diagnosis,and diagnosed fault types based on relevance vector machine.Results indicate that the evaluation method based on information fusion can evaluate the loosing and severe deformation states of winding effectively,the diagnostic accuracies on three deformation fault types of winding,including radial stretch and compression,axial insulation falling off,and end folding,are more than 92%.
