摘  要:采用阻燃聚醚多元醇、阻燃聚酯多元醇、普通聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、发泡剂和耐水解阻燃剂等原材料,通过一步法制备高阻燃低烟喷涂硬泡聚氨酯保温材料(RPUF)。研究了异氰酸酯指数(R)、复配阻燃多元醇、三聚催化剂对RPUF性能的影响。结果表明,以100份多元醇为基准,其他组分不变,当R为3,阻燃多元醇HLM-130/HLY-901复配比为60/20,三聚催化剂PC-41的添加量为6份时,RPUF的物理性能、阻燃性能和储存性能最佳,且烟密度较低,施工应用性能良好。The high flame retardant and low smoke rigid PU foam (RPUF) is prepared by one step technique using flame retardant polyether polyols, flame retardant polyester polyols, ordinary polyether polyols, foam stabilizers, catalysts, foaming agents, hydrolysis resistant flame retardants and so on. The article investigates the effects of isocyanate index (R), compound flame retardant polyol and trimer catalyst on the properties of RPUF. Results show that the mechanical properties, flame resistance and storability of RPUF are the best when the R is 3, the ratio of HLM-130/HLY-901 is 60/20 and amount of PC- 41 is 6 parts, based on 100 parts polyols, other components without changing. Besides, the smoke density is low and application performance is good.
