摘 要:现行的公路沥青路面再生技术规范没有对冷再生基层混合料的疲劳破坏做出技术要求,为了研究冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石基层疲劳寿命,通过不同含量的水泥、乳化沥青冷再生混合料的无侧限抗压强度、回弹模量、劈裂强度等试验,分析了冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石基层物理力学性能。根据冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石试验资料,应用多层弹性连续体系理论计算了不同乳化沥青掺量和不同冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石基层厚度的层底应力比。不考虑现场综合修正系数kc,室内疲劳试验结果表明:掺入乳化沥青冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石基层疲劳寿命大于按沥青路面设计规范计算的新拌水泥稳定碎石疲劳寿命,乳化沥青增加了冷再生旧路水泥稳定碎石混合料的柔性,延长了疲劳寿命。The current technical specifications for highway asphalt pavement recycling do not make technical requirementsfor fatigue damage of cold recycling base mixture, in order to study thefatigue life ofcold recycledold cement stabilized macadam base, through the testsof the unconfined compressive strength, modulus and splitting strength of the different content of cement and emulsified asphaltcotd recycling mixture, the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam base of old road cold recycling are analyzed. Based on the test data of cement stabilized macadam of cold recycling, the stress ratio at the bottom of the cold recycling base are calculated with different emulsified asphalt content and different layer thickness by multi-layer elastic continuous system theory. Without considering the field comprehensive correction coefficient k_c,indoor fatigue test results show that the fatigue life of the cement stabilized macadam base with emulsified asphalt cold recycling is longer than that of the new cement stabilized macadam calculated according to the asphalt pavement design specifications. The emulsified asphalt increases the flexibility of the wastecement stabilized macadam mixture with cold recycling and prolongs the fatigue life.
