中医药治疗对HIV/AIDS患者CD4^+淋巴细胞计数影响的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性观察中医药(CM)对HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗(cART)患者CD4^+淋巴细胞计数的影响。方法以"艾滋病综合防治数据信息系统"和"中医药治疗艾滋病数据库"为信息来源,采用回顾性队列研究,以中医项目地区服用cART的HIV/AIDS患者为研究对象,以是否服用中药来分为CM+cART组和cART组,比较两组患者2004、2006、2009、2012年CD4^+淋巴细胞计数。结果共有487例患者被纳入分析,其中CM+cART组323例,cART组164例。重复测量资料的方差分析显示,两组的CD4^+细胞计数逐年均有增高趋势,CM+cART组的增高趋势高于cART组(F=3.908,P<0.05)。2009、2012年与cART组比较,CM+cART组患者CD4^+细胞计数增加(t=2.411,2.274,P<0.05)。结论中医药有助于提高HIV/AIDS患者CD4^+淋巴细胞计数水平。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine（ CM） on the CD4~＋ lymphocyte count of HIV/AIDS patients treated with antiviral therapy. Methods Taken ＂ Information system for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS＂ and ＂ Database of Chinese medicine treatment on HIV/AIDS project＂ as data source,retrospective analysis was used. HIV/AIDS patients taking cART in traditional Chinese medicine project area were assigned to the CM ＋ cART group and the cART group on the grounds of whether to take Chinese medicine. The CD4~＋lymphocyte counts were compared in 2004,2006,2009 and 2012 between the two groups. Result A total of 487 patients were enrolled in this study,including 323 cases in the CM ＋ cART group and 164 cases in the cART group. The variance of repeated measures data showed that CD4~＋ lymphocyte count of the two groups had increased year by year. The growth of the CM ＋ cART group was higher than the cART group（F =3. 908,P〈0. 05）. Compared with the cART group,the CD4~＋lymphocyte count of the CM ＋ cART group was increased in 2009 and 2012. Conclusion Chinese medicine could help to improve the CD4~＋lymphocyte count in HIV/AIDS patients.
