摘　　要：村庄规划实施中存在建设与规划脱节问题,研究以广州市白云区村庄规划为例,从社会经济发展、建设项目、用地布局三方面分析规划实施情况,探讨影响村庄规划实施的用地、资金、政策程序等因素,提出优化村庄规划编制及管理实施的措施和建议。There are problems of disconnection between construction and plonning in the implementotion of village plonnings. Tokes the villoge plannings of Boiyun District in Guangzhou as on example, implementations of the planning ore anQlyzed from the three aspects： social and economic development, construction projects and land use layout. The factors affecting the implementation of village plannings are discussed, such as land use, funds, policy procedures, and so on. The measures and suggestions are proposed for optimizing the compilation and management of village plannings.
