摘 要:近年来,由于城市化加快以及道路管网、水电工程建设等,全球两栖动物种群数量骤减,两栖动物栖息地面临减少、退化的局面。因而,了解我国两栖类物种种群变化具有重要的科学意义。以我国特有两栖类物种康县隆肛蛙(Feirana kangxianensis)为调查对象,于2014~2016年利用样线法在其模式产地进行连续追踪,共计发现成体935只。结果表明:该物种在豆坝乡范围内平均种群密度呈现逐年增加的趋势,2016年(33.3只/hm^2)>2015年(31.00只/hm^2)>2014年(29.20只/hm^2);且在距离人类集中活动区域越近,该物种种群数量越少,其主要原因是人为污染以及干扰严重。因而,需加大力度保护该物种的栖息地,以免这一特有种种群数量严重下降,导致其面临灭绝危险。In recent years, due to the accelerated pace of urbanization, the global amphibian facing the situation of population decrease and habitat degradation. Therefore, it is of great scientific significance to understand the changes of amphibian species in China. In the period from 2014 to 2016, the method of transect sampling was used to study the population change of Feirana kangxianensis. We found a total of 935 adults. The results showed that the average population density showed increasing trend year by year, 33.3/hm2 in 2016, 31.00/ hm2 in 2015 ,and 29.20/hm2 in 2014. The closer to the concentration of human activities, the less the number. The main reason is pollution and serious interference. Thus, it is need to intensify efforts to protect the habitat of the species, so as to avoid a serious decline in the number of endemic populations.
