摘  要:为了探究酸枣对盐胁迫的响应及其耐盐性,以1a生酸枣幼苗为材料,研究了不同质量浓度NaCl(0、1.5、3、4.5、6、7.5 g·L^(-1))溶液对酸枣幼苗生长及生理生化特性的影响,以期为酸枣在不同盐渍化程度的土地进行栽植提供理论依据。结果表明:当质量浓度为0~3g·L^(-1)时对酸枣的存活率影响不大,当浓度>3g·L^(-1)时,酸枣的存活率显著的下降;叶绿素a,叶绿素b,叶绿素(a+b),类胡萝卜素含量均随着NaCl质量浓度的增大呈现逐渐下降趋势;酸枣叶片的净光合速率,气孔导度,蒸腾速率随着NaCl质量浓度的增大呈现逐渐下降趋势,而胞间CO_2浓度总体呈先降低后上升趋势。综上所述:当盐含量为0~3g·L^(-1)时,对酸枣幼苗的生长影响不显著,而盐含量超过3g·L^(-1)时,对其存活和光合作用有显著影响。In order to explore the salt stress response and salt tolerance of Zizyphus jujube, the seedling of Zizy- phus jujube in 1 year were taken as materials, the effects of different concentrations of NaC1 (0,1.5,3,4.5,6,7. 5g·L^-1) solutions on growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Zizyphus jujube seedlings were studied, in order to provide theoretical basis for the planting of Zizyphus jujube in different salinization degree. The results showed that: when the mass concentration was 0 -3gL-1, the survival of Zizyphus jujube had little impact, when the concentration was greater than 3g L-l, the survival rate of Zizyphus jujube was significantly decreased. Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll ( a + b) , the content of carotenoids decreased with the in- crease of NaC1 mass concentration. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of jujube leaf were gradually decreasing with the increase of NaC1 mass concentration, but the overall concentration of CO2 in the cell was decreasing and then rising. To sum up: when the salt content was 3g L-1 , the growth of the seedling of the Zizyphusjujube seedlings was not significantly affected, but when the salt content was above 3g L-1. the zrowth of the seedling was inhibited.
