摘 要:羟胺(NH_2OH)是一种重要的硝化中间产物,其与污水生物处理系统氧化亚氮(N_2O)的产生密切相关,但目前仍缺乏一种可以简便、快速测定污水生物处理系统NH_2OH的方法。该研究在酸性条件下,以Fe^(3+)为氧化剂,通过将NH_2OH氧化为N_2O,采用N_2O微电极对N_2O浓度进行测定,进而间接测定污水生物处理系统的NH2OH浓度,并研究了亚硝酸根(NO_2^-)对测定结果的干扰以及干扰的消除方法。研究结果表明:(1)NO_2^-会干扰N_2O微电极法的NH_2OH测定结果。由于NO_2^-在酸性条件下会生成N_2O,将导致测定结果偏大;(2)当样品中NO_2^--N浓度低于10 mg/L时,向样品中加入0.1 m L 40 g/L的磺胺溶液,可以消除NO_2^-对测定结果的干扰。该方法可以快速、准确地测定污水生物处理系统的NH2OH浓度,对揭示污水生物处理系统NH_2OH对N_2O产生过程的作用机制有重要意义。Hydroxylamine(NH2OH), having a significant impact on the production of nitrous oxide(N2O) in biological wastewater treatment process, is a very important intermediate in nitrification. However, a convenient and quick determination method for NH2OH in biological wastewater treatment process is still scarce. In this study, NH2OH was oxidized to N2O by Fe3+under acidic condition, and the concentration of NH2OH in biological wastewater treatment process was measured indirectly by determining the concentration of N2O with N2O mirco-electrode method. Meanwhile, the interference of nitrite(NO2^-) on the determination results and the method for its elimination were investigated. The results indicated that NO2^-interfered with the determination of NH2OH by the N2O mirco-electrode method, and led to the determination results of NH2OH larger than the actual concentration as the reaction of NO2^-under the acidic condition. When the concentration of NO2^--N was below 10 mg/L,the interference of NO2^-on the determination of NH2OH can be eliminated by adding 0.1 m L sulfanilamide solution with the concentration of 40 g/L to the sample. The method proposed in this study can determine the concentration of NH2OH in biological wastewater treatment process quickly and conveniently, which is of important significance for understanding the relationship between NH2OH and the production of N2O in biological wastewater treatment process.
