摘  要:光纤拉制速度越来越高,涂层固化度的控制成为提速后急需解决的问题。通过对影响高速拉制光纤时紫外光(UV)固化后光纤UV涂层固化度的UV灯、中心管、氧含量等因素进行理论及试验研究,最终分析得出,适当的固化炉内部结构和清洁周期、控制中心管中的氧含量及使用周期,可以将高速拉制光纤时UV涂层固化度控制在一个较理想的水平。The drawing speed of optical fiber is getting higher and higher,the control of the curing degree of the coating becomes an urgent problem needing to be solved.Through the theoretical and experimental study on the factors such as UV lamp,central tube,oxygen content which affect the coating curing degree after UV curing,it is found that the proper internal structure and cleaning cycle of the curing furnace,control of oxygen content in the central tube and the working cycle of central tube can control the curing degree of the UV coating at a more ideal level when drawing the optical fiber at high speed.
