摘　　要：目的了解丽水市义务教育阶段农村留守儿童心理健康状况及相关因素,为开展丽水市义务教育阶段农村留守儿童心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,选取丽水市劳务输出最多的12所学校学生研究对象,调查2 109人,其中留守儿童974人,非留守儿童1 135人,使用心理健康诊断测验量表(MHT)展开调查。结果留守儿童冲动倾向和总焦虑分方面得分高于非留守儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小学阶段的留守儿童在自责倾向方面得分高于初中阶段的留守儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。留守女童在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、自责倾向、过敏倾向和总焦虑分方面得分均高于留守男童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丽水市义务教育阶段农村留守儿童存在较多的心理问题,应针对不同留守儿童群体开展人性化的心理健康教育。Objective To understand the mental health condition of latchkey school children in rural areas of Leishui and to explore its related factors. Methods A multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to randomly select total 2 109 children including 974 latchkey kids from 12 schools which had the most number of latchkey kids and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the mental health scale（MHT）. Results The scores of impulsive tendency and overall anxiety of latchkey children was higher than that of control children,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Latchkey children in elementary schools scored higher in self-blame tendency than those in middle schools,and the difference was also statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of learning anxiety,anxiety to others,self-blame tendency,allergy tendency and overall anxiety were all significantly higher among latchkey girls than boys（P〈0.05）. Conclusions There are many psychological problems among latchkey school children in rural areas of Lishui,and mental health education should be strengthened and diversified.
