湖州市农村地区吸烟者戒烟意愿影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖州市农村吸烟者的戒烟意愿与影响因素。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,对湖州市农村地区799名吸烟者进行戒烟意愿问卷调查,调查问卷使用ITC中国调查第五轮问卷。结果 799名研究对象中,161名(20.15%)尼古丁重度依赖。近期有戒烟意愿者345名(43.18%),前三位原因分别为考虑本人健康(87.83%)、为孩子树立榜样(77.10%)、亲人反对(76.81%)。研究对象对烟草引起相关疾病的总知晓率为55.28%,知晓率高低影响吸烟者的戒烟意愿(χ~2=75.04,P<0.01)。经logistic回归分析显示,考虑吸烟对本人健康的影响(OR=2.65)、吸烟已经损害健康(OR=2.11)的研究对象戒烟意愿较高,尼古丁严重依赖研究者的戒烟意愿低(OR=0.76)。结论对自身健康的重视是农村吸烟者愿意戒烟的主要原因,而尼古丁依赖是其不利因素,可通过扩大烟草危害的健康教育宣传,提供规范的戒烟诊疗以促进戒烟。Objective To discuss the factors associated with the intention of smoking cessation among smokers in rural areas of Huzhou. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 799 smokers randomly selected by using multi-stage sampling method from rural areas of Huzhou on the willingness to quit smoking.The questionnaire was adopted from the fifth round of ITC in China. Results 161 respondents（20.15%）were heavy nicotine dependent.345 respondents（43.18%）had the intention to quit smoking due to the health concern for themselves（87.83%）and for their kids at home（77.10%）and also due to the smoking-related family conflicts（76.81%）,which were the top three reasons of quit smoking.The overall awareness rate for tobacco related diseases was 55.28%,which affected the willingness of smokers to quit（χ~2=75.04,P〈0.01）.Logistic regression analysis revealed that subjects concerning about their own health（OR=2.65）and already having smoking-related health issues（OR=2.11）were more likely to quit,while whose with heavy nicotine dependence（OR=0.76）were less likely to quit. Conclusions Health concern and nicotine dependence are major influencing factors for the intention of smokers to quit.Education about the harmfulness of smoking and standardized smoking intervention may help smokers to quit.
