摘　　要：直观性是皮肤病学最显著的特征,视觉能力网络化是远程皮肤病学的基础。数码相机技术的进步、计算机内存和处理能力的提高促进了数字医疗摄影在皮肤病学实践中的推广应用。本文综述了国际皮肤成像协作组织(ISIC)和美国远程医疗协会(ATA)共同提出的"皮肤摄影标准化"国际共识,包括灯光、背景颜色、视野、图像取向、焦点和景深、分辨率、比例和颜色校准的图像等国际新标准。并回顾了手机摄影"三步法"及移动图像的遥感触诊技术在远程医疗实践和研究中的应用。Intuition is the most prominent feature of dermatology. Visualization in network is the basis of remote dermatology. Advances in both photographic and internet technology have improved clinicians＇ access to high-quality images at relatively low cost. This re- view focuses on tile consensus guidelines developed by ISIC and ATA and provides considerations for the standardization of imaging acquisition techniques in dermatology practice, including lighting, background color, field of view, image orientation, focus/ depth of field, resolution, scale, color calibration, image storage. Moreover, this paper reviews the application of ＂three-step method＂ in mobile phone photography and mo- bile image-based remote palpation technique in tele-medicine practice and research.
