摘  要:目的探讨3D打印快速成型制造技术辅助全髋关节置换术在成人发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)治疗中的运用效果。方法选取2013年12月—2016年10月焦作市第二人民医院47例DDH患者,根据治疗方法分为观察组(n=24)与对照组(n=23)。对照组行传统全髋关节置换术,观察组行3D打印快速成型制造技术辅助全髋关节置换术,两组术后均随访6个月。对比两组术中及术后基本情况(手术时间、出血量、引流量、住院时间)、术后6个月髋关节功能及生活质量。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术及住院时间短,出血量及引流量少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组髋关节功能优于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印快速成型制造技术辅助全髋关节置换术治疗DDH疗效显著,有利于降低术中出血量及术后引流量、改善患者髋关节功能、促进术后生活质量提高。Objective To explore the effect of 3D printing rapid prototyping manufacturing technology assisted total hip arthroplasty on intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage in adult patients with developing hip dysplasia (DDH). Methods From December 2013 to October 2016, selected 47 patients with DDH in hospital were divided into observation group ( n = 24 ) and control group ( n = 23 ) according to the treatment method. The control group underwent conventional total hip arthroplasty, and the observation group was treated with 3D printing rapid prototyping manufactur- ing technique assisted total hip arthroplasty, both group were followed up for 6 months after operation. Intraoperative and postoperative basic conditions (operation time, bleeding volume, drainage, hospital stay), 6 months after hip function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the operation and the hospitalization time were short in the observation group, the bleeding drainage volume were small, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) ; At 6 months after operation, the hip function of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion 3D printing rapid prototyping manufacturing technology assisted total hip arthroplasty is effective in the treatment of DDH, it is helpful to reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage, improve hip function and promote postoperative quality of life.
