摘　　要：目的分析2014—2016年苏州高新区某街道户籍人口恶性肿瘤死因及减寿情况,为制定科学的干预措施提供依据。方法对2014—2016年苏州高新区某街道恶性肿瘤死因数据进行整理,分析户籍人口恶性肿瘤死亡率、构成比、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、潜在减寿率(PYLLR)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)等指标。结果 2014—2016年苏州高新区某街道户籍人口死亡率为131.91/10万,且男性恶性肿瘤死亡率均高于女性;死因顺位前3位,分别为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌;青壮年期恶性肿瘤死亡率为3.83/10万、中年期为31.75/10万、老年期为73.34/10万;居民恶性肿瘤死亡PYLL、AYLL均有所下降;居民主要恶性肿瘤死因肺癌、胃癌有所下降,肝癌有所上升。结论恶性肿瘤己成为危害居民健康的重要公共卫生问题,应注重老年居民的肿瘤防治工作,积极开展健康教育、生活方式干预,降低肿瘤发病率,提高生活质量。Objective The causes of death and life reduction of the malignant tumor in the residents of a street in Suzhou Hightech zone were analyzed in 2014 to 2016 to provide scientific evidence for intervention.Methods The death causes of malignant tumors in a street of Suzhou High-tech zone were collected and analyzed in 2014 to 2016. The mortality rate, composition ratio, potential life lost years（PYLL）, potential life lost rate（PYLLR） and average life lost years（AYLL） of the registered population were analyzed.Result Death rate of registered population in a street of Suzhou High-tech zone in 2014 to 2016 was 131.91/10 million. The 3 leading causes of death were lung cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer. The mortality rate of malignant tumors in different age groups（15-44 years old） was 3.83/100 000. Middle age（45-64 years） is 31.75/100 000.Old age（over 65 years old） is 73.34/100 000. Residents of malignant tumor death PYLL, AYLL were decreased.Residents of major cancer causes of death lung cancer, gastric cancer were decreased, liver cancer were increased.Conclusion Malignant tumor has become an important public health problem which endangers the health of residents. Attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of cancer among the elderly.Health education and lifestyle intervention should be carried out actively.so as to reduce the incidence of cancer and improve the quality of life.
