摘 要:近年来,计算机导航技术在骨科领域取得了重大进展,尤其在关节外科方面,人工关节置换在计算机导航手术的帮助下,可以严格把握假体位置的准确性,使其精确匹配,从而延长人工关节的使用寿命、更好地提高关节功能。自2003年,法国研究人员Jenny等首次报道将计算机导航系统应用于膝关节单髁置换(unicompanmental knee arthroplastv,UKA)以来,不断有学者进行相关临床研究报道。现就计算机导航系统在UKA术中的研究进展综述如下。In recent years, computer navigation system has been improved rapidly in the orthopaedics. Compared with the traditional surgery, surgery under computer navigation has higher accuracy and better security. Its initial application was in spinal surgery, but it was gradually extended to the joint surgery to improve the accuracy of joint prosthesis placement. The system is mainly composed of navigation operation tools, surgical tool tracer, navigation system display screen and workstation, with three types of active system, passive system and semi-active system. By the review of the literature, the author found that computer navigation and robot assisted unicompartmental knee arthroplasty ( UKA ) can significantly improve the accuracy of prosthesis placement and the lower limb force lines. The short-term clinical effects are reliable, but the long-term effects need further clinical observation. Although the computer navigation system has many problems such as system failure, it will be improved with the development of computer and computer image processing system. It will bring a revolutionary leap to the development of orthopaedics.
