摘  要:为研究TiAlN涂层对锌熔法回收废涂层硬质合金的影响,采用锌熔法在880℃温度下回收废TiAlN涂层WC-Co基硬质合金,分析了回收中TiAlN涂层被突破的过程,讨论了Zn、TiAlN涂层与基体之间的相互作用机制,探讨了TiAlN涂层在回收料WC粉末中的存在形式。研究结果表明,锌熔法回收过程无涂层硬质合金仅需保温6h即基本被熔散,而TiAlN涂层硬质合金在相同条件下需保温9h才能基本被熔散,这主要是因为涂层的阻碍作用。在回收过程中溶解和扩散不是涂层的主要失效机制;熔融Zn主要通过裂纹进入硬质合金而与Co发生反应;涂层、基体材料之间热膨胀系数不同引起的应力是合金表面裂纹形成及扩展的主要原因。EDS结果显示回收粉末中有涂层元素,仍有片状TiAlN涂层存在于回收WC粉末中。To study the influence of TiAlN coating on zinc melting recovery of waste coated cemented carbides,waste TiAlN-coated WC-Co cemented carbide was recycled by zinc melting at 880 ℃. The failure of the TiAIN coating during zinc melting recovery was analyzed , and the interaction among Zn,TiAlN coating and the substrate was also discussed as well as the existence form of TiAlN coating in the recycled WC powders. The results demonstrate that because of the barrier effect of the coating, uncoated cemented carbide scrap only needs 6 h insulation to be basically melted and loosened during zinc melting recovery,while TiAlN-coated WC-Co cemented carbide scrap needs 9 h. Dissolution and diffusion are not the main reasons for the failure of coatings. Molten zinc goes into the cemented carbide mainly through cracks to react with Co. The stress caused by the different thermal expansion coefficients of the coating and the substrate is the main reason for the formation and extension of the alloy surface cracks. The coating elements and flaky TiAlN coating are found still in the recycled WC powders based on EDS analysis.
