摘　　要：随着计算机网络的高速发展,采购系统在医疗、教育、企事业单位等领域受到广泛应用。在保证采购系统高效率的同时,设计一款具有可靠性强、保密性强以及实用性强的采购系统至关重要。基于Web技术的采购系统,创新性地将安全体系中的保密性和可追溯性借鉴到电子采购系统中,将采购系统与固定资产管理系统合二为一,实现在线上完成采购申请到资产审核入库的所有操作,对提高企事业单位员工工作效率和规范化管理资产具有积极的促进作用。With the rapid development of computer networks,procurement systems hasbeen widely used in the medical,education,enterprises and other fields. While ensuring the efficiency of the procurement system at the same time,the design of a strong reliability,strong confidentiality and practical procurement system is essential. The procurement system based on Web technology is studied,innovative security system in the confidentiality and traceability of reference to the e-procurement system,the procurement system and fixed asset management system combined to achieve online purchase of the application to the assets of the audit Warehousing all the operation. It has a positive role in promoting the work efficiency of enterprises and standardized management of assets.
