摘　　要：某型海警船系统加装项目在研制、实施的各个阶段均存在质量管控风险。本文从该项目的几个主要阶段:技术设计、试验验证、交付验收对项目质量风险与隐患进行分析,提出了质量管理的总体思路,细化质量控制的具体措施,希望对于其他同类型项目有借鉴意义。The assembly of a certain type of Coast Guard Vessel system has quality control risks at all stages of development and implementation. This article analyzes the quality risks during several major stages of the project which include technical design, test verification, and delivery acceptance. It also puts forward the general idea of quality management and refines the specific measures of quality control, which has the significance to serve as a reference for the other similar projects.
